What is the Missionary Offering:
Each year at the confrence we offer the ladies and opportunity to financial contribute to ladies in the missionary field. An offering plate is passed around during the 2nd session on both the Saturday and the Sunday. This is to allow the day visitors and opportunity to partake in giving a gift to the ladies on the field. We also offer a book stall where the ladies can bring a couple of books that they would like to donate to the bookstall and other ladies can purchase a new read through a gold coin donation that is added to the Missionary Offering.
Who does the Missionary Offering go to:
In September after the confrence the committee meet together. Look at the total offering collected, round up, offen to the nearest $100, and talk about the different ladies that the CCCVAT are connect to either through the local churches or possible connected to the past speakers as we have had a number of missionaries as speakers. From there we pray about which ladies to bless with a gift and divide the fund between a number of different women.
What was collected?
$2,829.55 was collected during the confrence in 2025 for the missionary offering as a committee this was rounded up to $3,000 and distrubited to the following women
